Artist Statement

Tranquility, impermanence, and the ethereal are central to my work. I am interested in the escaping nature of existence—how nothing remains permanent, yet every moment leaves its stamp on time. Through the use of light, I aim to create a suspended moment: a quiet pause where time appears frozen. In this stillness, the tree becomes crystallized, transformed into a fragile snapshot that exists between memory, presence, and disappearance. Is this a sunrise, or a sunset?
